Hotel Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation and staying at the property, guests acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are intended to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Eligibility to Book

  • The primary guest must be 19 years of age or older to make a reservation and check in.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in.

Prices and Taxes

  • All rates are subject to applicable local, state, and occupancy taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
  • Additional fees (including but not limited to cleaning fees, pet fees, or damage charges) may apply and will be disclosed where required.

Payment and Terms at Check-In / Check-Out

  • Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking.
  • The hotel reserves the right to authorize or charge a credit card on file for incidentals, damages, or policy violations.
  • Any outstanding balances, damages, or additional charges incurred during the stay will be charged after check-out if necessary.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or enclosed areas.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking areas.
  • Evidence of smoking indoors will result in cleaning and deodorization fees.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly accommodations and must be disclosed prior to arrival.
  • Guests are responsible for their pets at all times.
  • Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately, and pets must use designated pet relief areas only.
  • Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
  • A $250 excessive cleaning fee will be charged for damage, odors, or excessive mess caused by pets.
  • Pets may not be left unattended unless properly secured and quiet.
  • Management reserves the right to require removal of pets that cause disturbances or damage.

Traveling with Minors

  • Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • The hotel is not responsible for injuries or incidents involving unsupervised minors.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • Guests with accessibility needs or special accommodation requests are encouraged to contact the property prior to arrival.
  • While efforts are made to accommodate requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Parking

  • Parking is provided for registered guests only.
  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
  • The hotel is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property left inside vehicles.

Hotel Events

  • Any gatherings, parties, or events require prior written approval from management.
  • Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional charges.

Noise & Guest Conduct

  • Guests must respect quiet hours and maintain appropriate behavior.
  • Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or violations of property rules may result in eviction without refund.

Dispute Resolution & Guest Issues

  • Guests are encouraged to report issues immediately during their stay to allow management the opportunity to resolve them.
  • Any disputes arising from a stay shall be governed by applicable local and state laws.

Use of Personal Information

  • Guest personal information is collected solely for reservation, operational, and legal purposes.
  • Personal data will not be sold or shared except as required by law or for essential business operations.

Liability

  • Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
  • The hotel is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, or utility interruptions.

Third-Party Rights

  • These Terms & Conditions do not grant any rights or benefits to third parties.

Waiver

  • Failure by the hotel to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Policy Enforcement

  • Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in additional fees, eviction without refund, or denial of future bookings.
  • Management reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time.
